一九九八年八月 成立東莞市天瑞電業有限公司，專業從事電子連接器之研發、生產、銷售。
     二000年十月 成立天瑞(香港)電業有限公司，主導海外業務之拓展。
     二000年十一月 成立天瑞電業有限公司押出部，從事三十余種不同材質之塑膠管材，異形制品之研發、制造、銷售。
     二00三年十月 天瑞電業有限公司之電線加工部及塑膠押出部，因業務不斷發展壯大，特成立東莞市天麒塑膠五金制品有限公司，以滿足國內外客商之所需。
     二00伍年七月成立佛山市禪城區天麒醫疗塑膠五金廠，專業從事醫用PU管，發泡PU産品之研發與生産。
     二00六年十一月 公司順利通過ISO9001:2000&ISO14001:2004雙體系認證.進一步建立健全品質保證系統及環保監控體系,爲公司之永續經營鑄就了厚實的基石。
     二00七年五月 成立大型行業門戶網站:中國橡塑協會網.com(www.rppn.com.cn).爲橡塑行業搭建了一個互通互動、共享共贏之寬廣平台。
     二00九年三月 公司搬遷新的廠房，位于北栅管理区西坊路92号（北栅下广深直入2.2公里）。新廠占地面積5000平方米，建築面積6800平方米；押出（擠出）設備增至二十余台，月産能增至600萬米，爲滿足新老客群之持續發展提供了堅實的基礎。
      二零一零年三月成立香港天麒光电科技有限公司。专业从事LED塑胶配件之研发、生产、销售、为节能、减碳、环保再添光辉。天麒塑膠五金制品有限公司，憑籍數年之經驗積累，資深之專業人士研發，優良之制造設備，強大的技朮團體。爲國內外數百家客商提供燈飾、玩具、醫療、工藝、文體、電子、電器、通訊、五金、汽車、包裝、家具、衛浴、廣告牌、禮品、門窗、展架、裝飾等行業所需之塑膠挤出配件(如:LED燈罩、燈管，LED日光燈管，PC管，PC雙色管，燈管配件，燈罩，塑料管材、板材、邊條、異形品及其塑膠擠出制品） 所供之高品質，優服務的塑膠產品，爲廣大客商之蓬勃發展已盡綿薄之力，也爲敝司之永續經營奠定了良好的基礎，謹此致謝!
